The state’s award winning entertainment complex that was designed to cater for a larger audience and a greater experience for all. JMG was involved from the beginning (2006) and despite the extended time frame to complete the project we were there until the successful operation of the facility began (2012).
The Treasury building prior to redevelopment had been vacant for a significant period, but previously operated as government offices. The new development saw the site requiring a combination of new structures adjacent to and connecting the heritage building to achieve combined use.
This project was undertaken on the old railway workshops site in Midland. The Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority (MRA) oversaw the development of the site. The new development will be a Public and Private Hospital campus for St John of God.
